Ultratrail in the Sandnes-alps
100 miles ultrarun in Sandnes, Rogaland 16-18 april 2021. 100 miles, appr. 8000 elevation gain in technical terrain. The course has its origin in the FKT-course "Sandnes lengste" created by Tommy Haga. Start and finish will be at Alsvik Natursenter. There are possibilities for camping with a tent for free at the site, and there are grills with a roof over and benches. There are also toilets available.
50 miles ultrarun in Sandnes, Rogaland 17-18 april 2021. 50 miles, appr. 4000 elevation gain in technical terrain. Start at Bynuten parking and from there it follows the same course to the finish-line as the last half of the 100 miles run.
We will have a barbeque at the finish area, so all the runners who want one, will get a warm meal.

Maximum time is 48 hours for 100 miles and 26 hours for 50 miles
Time barrier for the 100 miles: Seldalsbakken 24 hours and Sviland 45 hours. For the 50 miles: Sviland 23 hours.
We will have several food stations along both races, and for the 100 miles there will be possibility for 3 dropbags and 1 dropbag for the 50 miles.
Support is only allowed at the food stations and pacing is not allowed.
